Job Description:
- Lead an R&D team to conduct automation/mechatronic control system hardware design, including architecture, electronic and mechanical design.
- New technology research, development and application, e.g. Robotics, AI analytics, LiDAR, indoor positioning, 5G and etc.
- Ensure developed products meet regulatory standards like CE, CSA, UL and etc.
- Provide production guidance to guarantee product quality and delivery.
- Support production and service team when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or above in Electrical & Electronic Engineering/ Computer Science/Mechatronics/Automation & Control, EE background preferred.
- 5-10 years working experience in robotic or relevant industry.
- Experiences in launching a new product from R&D concept to market are required.
- Experiences in automation/robotic/IoT sectors are preferred.
- Experiences in a startup or reputable technology firm is a plus.
- Hands-on hardware skills e.g. PCB schematic, layout design and solid works are preferred, with software coding skills a plus.
- Self-motivated with analytical mind and have strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluent Putonghua and English is an advantage.
- Willing to travel to PRC when necessary
